EzNIL Campaign Application in Action: A Conversational AI Assistant Ensuring Compliance, Diversity and Inclusion

EzNIL is designed to ensure marketers publish compliant influencer campaigns that enable the highest level of diversity and inclusion of student-athletes at target universities and or conferences.


Today, marketers seek out student-athletes directly or through sports marketing agencies. Their campaigns are then executed among several parties and are reliant on manual review and assessment of university policies and State regulations. These influencer marketing campaigns are further filtered by a focus on the top 2% of student-athletes participating in the D1 conference sports programs.

EzNIL provides an alternative strategy for marketers that ensures compliance and assists in building a future pipeline of brand influencers by being more inclusive. EzNIL applications functions include:

  • Campaign Management Application: Marketers can use a self service portal to create an account or claim their brand. Once they’ve onboarded, they can easily create influencer marketing campaigns for any student athlete participating in any sanctioned sport at any university in North America.

  • Campaign Compliance: Marketers specify their campaign details and EzNIL packages the details for use of our trained model to return compliance specific prompts to the marketer. Once the marketer’s campaign description is compliant, the marketer transitions to specifying their Student-Athlete Participation goals.

  • Student-Athlete Participation: Marketers specify their Student-Athlete Participation goals, and similar to the EzNIL Campaign Compliance process, EzNIL compiles a prompt for our trained model and returns a list of potential student-athletes ranked in order of influence, engagement and other attributes. These matched student-athletes are then notified through the CIMS Mobile application.
